RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Store via email within the withdrawal period.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:
  • unused and in resellable condition
  • returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
  • properly protected during return shipping
The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products created according to customer specifications or measurements
  • Digital products (e.g. PDF magazines, downloads) once access or download has started with the Customer’s consent
  • Sealed or hygiene-sensitive items where applicable law allows exclusion
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product is defective, the Customer has the right to request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The Customer should contact the Store as soon as possible after discovering the defect.
REFUND PROCESS
After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made in the online store within 14 days. The costs associated with withdrawing from the purchase (e.g. postage) are paid by the Consumer and the Consumer is responsible for the deterioration of the condition of the item to be returned. When returning, please make sure that the product has the product label attached, a product bag around the product and use the same packaging in which you received the product.
If the returned product can no longer be sold at the full or purchased price, the online store has the right to return the damaged product to the customer and refuse to reimburse the purchase price.
RETURN ADDRESS
Return instructions and the return address will be provided by customer support depending on the order and destination.
As a general option, returned parcels within Estonia may be sent to any parcel machine in Rakvere (Dpd, Smartposti, Unisend or other available parcel services), unless otherwise specified by customer support.
For exact return instructions, the Customer is required to contact customer support via email before sending the return shipment.
